SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Options:
Standard Shipping: $15 flat rate for each order. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

Express Shipping: $30 flat rate. Please allow 2 business days for delivery.
International Shipping: $45 to Canada & most European countries.

Shipment & Delivery:
We will make every effort to process and ship your order within 24 hours.* This applies to orders placed before 2 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.

Packages may be scheduled for Saturday delivery where that service is available ($15 extra). Sunday and holiday delivery is not available.

To protect your merchandise, an adult’s signature (21+) is required upon delivery.

Destinations:
Orders are available for shipping to all 50 states, Canada, and most European Countries. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, or APOs.

*Certain orders require additional processing time.

 

RETURN POLICY

Subject to certain exceptions listed below, we will accept your return within 10 days of receipt of the (original) merchandise purchased from our website.

Please note: a return authorization must be initiated within 10 days of receiving the merchandise and product returned within 10 days of the return authorization being issued. Further, all products must be returned with the original receipt, in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all original shipping and product packaging, protective materials, and tags in place. CURTIS & Co. will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way, or if the 10-day return authorization has passed.

Individual items valued at $5,000 and above are considered a final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

Personalized products are considered a final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

Watch bracelets that have been adjusted by the customer must have been done so by reputable jeweler and should be returned with all the links originally shipped.

We recommend you keep note of your return tracking number which is located on the shipping label itself. Receipt of return shipments is required within 10 days of receiving your return authorization number.
